The workmanship, totally carried out in the Bottega Berti in Scarperia, is done manually. The blade has a traditional satin-finished surface, it is full tang and is fixed to the handles with three rivets.
 
Sharpening is carried out in three manual passes to ensure maximum effectiveness and durability.
